How you can work with me.
PCOS is the most common hormonal condition in women of reproductive age, yet it's still relatively misunderstood. 90% of women I speak to get their diagnosis only to feel more confused, unheard and fobbed off by their Doctors.
In a time where we are inundated with information, influencers, fad diets and products claiming to be the answer to all your worries, it's imperative to work with a qualified specialist who is trained to get to the root cause of complex hormonal conditions and who looks at each person as an individual in order to provide a personalised and unique plan of action.
The 12 Week PCOS Blueprint
Instead of quick fixes and fad diets, this program gets to the root cause of your symptoms. Together, we’ll focus on:
Balancing blood sugar to reduce brain fog, cravings, fatigue and weight gain.
Supporting detox pathways like your gut and liver for clearer skin and better digestion.
Restoring nutrient levels to improve energy, fertility and mood.
Managing stress and sleep so your body can truly recover.
About me.
I’m Aless Bove – a qualified Nutritional Therapist (CNMdip, mBANT) and PCOS expert dedicated to helping women take back control of their health.
My story began when my grandmother became unwell, and I started exploring the healing power of food. I quickly realised how much nutrition can transform health, not just physically but emotionally too.
Currently, my 1:1 program is closed until the new year.
